Well this was interesting. Felt pretty good for the first 3km and then it was a GRIND fest... I was so glad I didn't a watch because all I would have thought about was how slow it was... turned out to actually not be that slow as I was only 33 seconds slower than last year... conditions were not exactly great today either and lets face it... I gotta be close to 20lbs more than last year this time. So i'd say aerobically im fitter?
