Managed to get in 30 after day one of bass tournament... was pretty motivated since we were in the lead after day one... Have a nice 1lb cushion over 2nd place so that's mint in case with slip tomorrow. :)

This was super tough. I felt drained today and struggled to get moving. The effort was tempo though as breathing was pretty steady. Might need a week or so to adjust to diet.
D-man met me at Pats and we run from there. Did 1:05:00. Run was pretty casual and made sure that we got some good recovery running in. Brutally hot out there!
