Managed to get in 30 after day one of bass tournament... was pretty motivated since we were in the lead after day one... Have a nice 1lb cushion over 2nd place so that's mint in case with slip tomorrow. :)

This was super tough. I felt drained today and struggled to get moving. The effort was tempo though as breathing was pretty steady. Might need a week or so to adjust to diet.

Decent workout today. Nowhere near where I want to be right know and where I should have been this time... but i'll get there. Effort was spot on given the day and hot hot it was.
