Hip was super sore so I stretched 3/4 times throughout day in boat and back at hotel. Prefishing for last big tournament for like 12 hours.

Preactive with skips.... focus on some hip mobility and ball smashing of hip (abductor is bothering me)

Overall a decent workout... felt like the effort was good but my hip was bothering me again.

Started out okay, but I knew after the first one it was gonna be a struggle as I worked really hard just to stay with Derek and Gavin. The next three single loops were just awful but I never gave up and just ran as hard as I could without been totally hands on knees. As for the last one... pretty much and all out effort right from the start - finished hands on knees.

Real easy 45 today with Derek. I don't have a lot of time for running right now with life stuff and I don't like not been fast but it is what it is. Gonna take a little longer to get where I want to be but if I can go the full year without an injury set back that should equal things out.

Decent workout today. Took a while to get comfy and I lost Derek at first... caught back up at about 14mins and run with for about 6. Cramped up crazy bad and had to slow down... basically kills the tempo because I run way slower due to how bad the pain is. took 10 minutes to work it out and I was able to run the last 4-5mins at tempo again.

Note

Gale force winds on the lake today and like 4-5 footers by 2pm. CRAZY ... not to mention lightening and what not yesterday and early today. Took an absolute beating on the lake but the Procraft and 250 Merc handle er well all day. Managed to scrap together a program in the afternoon after only having 2 small beeners at 12:30 and took a 5th straight title.

No running today... had more than enough of a mental and physical workout out there today.
