Really good tempo today despite footing... No problem under 8min had conditions been like Monday. Not sure what to think about Brazilians other then "holy crap, I was gassed" I don't remember them being that hard. Had some problems with my soleus - painful and had to stop in cool down... No happy about that.

Really solid workout today. Best workout of the season that's for sure. Dman took off like he was been chased by a hoard of single girls at the start and was like 30m ahead of me right away ... but I was working really hard right from the start so I was happy chillin' for time being as I knew I would get quicker as I relaxed and got a little more flowy. Caught back up with Dman and we chilled and thrilled from about 6-15min. I threw down some surges to push over tempo but Dman gave the typical "Ya, No" and wasn't havin' it and would quickly respond each time. The residency hill crushed me and Dman got away over the last 3min. Overall solid day. Really rolled CD too.

See how the Brazilians treat me Weds as I haven't done them in two years :)
