This was alright. I felt pretty good at 10km as opposed to yesterday. I thought yesterday "man if I feel like this at 10km tomorrow, I'm in trouble" but today was better. Anyways .... I probably started too hard, but I felt pretty rolly and good. Started suffering at 8km of the middle 15km and then I cramped up bad at 11km. The next 3km blew fat greasy chunks because my diaphragm was FRIGGERED!!!! and I slowed down big time. Finally straightened it out by 14km and run a solid last KM. Last 4km of the last 5km was solid. km16 was like 4:08 but then I ran 3:35's for the last 4km which was faster than KM's 11-14.... FRICKIN CRAMPS!!!!. Anyways it was a hard day at the office.

Good stretch and roll session after... looking forward to my afternoon nap!

Boring ass session running barefoot by yourself and there was a bunch of soccer players on the field kicking balls around. (at 6:30am What the Hell?) Almost got confrontational because I almost got smoked with a ball 3x. Like seriously learn how to hit the freaking net or wait til I run by. >:|

I got up at 4:25am to try and get out the door by 4:45 because I had physio at 3:15 and (A) didnt want to miss that because she usually works with me for like an hour and it's keeping free of many niggles. (B) I would have had ZERO desire to start a 2+ hour run at 4:45 in the afternoon. (C) foot is bunk out there and running at 5am meant I could run down the middle of the roads and not on crappy bike paths and sidewalks.

Overall good run, but I had to be done by 7ish to get kids ready and help out so I was a little short.

Dman convinced me to do a shake out with him. It was super nice out so I decided to run again since I didnt yesterday. We went quite easy. Felt okay.

Good one for me. Went really hard on the running A's ... I thought the same was good but the flutter kick could have been better. Could probably drive the leg harder on the A drills too.

This was not a good workout. Legs simply had no jam no matter what I did this week. I thought the footing was actually better than last Monday but for some reason I just wasn't getting anywhere fast. Kept up with the effort and tried to get the most out of it.
