This was alright. I felt pretty good at 10km as opposed to yesterday. I thought yesterday "man if I feel like this at 10km tomorrow, I'm in trouble" but today was better. Anyways .... I probably started too hard, but I felt pretty rolly and good. Started suffering at 8km of the middle 15km and then I cramped up bad at 11km. The next 3km blew fat greasy chunks because my diaphragm was FRIGGERED!!!! and I slowed down big time. Finally straightened it out by 14km and run a solid last KM. Last 4km of the last 5km was solid. km16 was like 4:08 but then I ran 3:35's for the last 4km which was faster than KM's 11-14.... FRICKIN CRAMPS!!!!. Anyways it was a hard day at the office.
Good stretch and roll session after... looking forward to my afternoon nap!
