I had to switch this morning up. Some kind of winter carnival going on at St. Martin's from 4:30-6:00 that daughter is doing so I don't have enough time after school to run for 75mins. But, I've been struggling running in the cold (I don't why but I am always freezing ... and it's not like I don't have enough clothes on.) Like I was probably running 5:15+ a km for the last 25mins yesterday and that's not normal. Same with Tuesday - last 20 was awful and I was freezing too.

The first 50 was good but the rest was just AWFUL... had to stop for a washroom break at 52mins 65mins and again back home at 1:47:00. Then I forgot to start my watch after going back out the door so I really not sure how long I ran... figured it was a good 25minutes before I realized that.

Disappointing run today. Only because I only ran for 60 minutes. I have planned for 80 up to 85 but I was tired and freezing! Convinced myself that I will be running very long tomorrow anyways so. I need a lesser mileage day any how after the last three. Won't have any issues getting to mileage with what's on tap for the rest of the week.

Really good workout given how tired I was and the mileage I've put on in last three days. Again 82km prior to workout. Workout was a grind but I kept telling myself it's only one minute or it's only two minutes... no BIG DEAL! Finished strong too.
