This was a brutal grind. I didn’t get completely negative about it but could have done a better job on get focusing on the grind. Happy that I got the workout finished though and didn’t completely blow up.

Wow... I cannot believe how wrecked my legs are from Saturday's work out ... well ya I can actually. Anyways ... decided to some steady elliptical instead as to not put any extra pounding on the quads this morning. See how they are later today but I don't see them improving much by workout so I'll likely just run if they feel hurty in WU. Sleep and ice seems to be the only real cure.
