Shin bone has been causing a lot of pain since saturday. Was bothering me last week but wasn't bad. Got to the point where it just hurt too much to even run.
Was going to restart the workout on the elliptical but the pain (throbbing) was unbareable ... icing didn't help the pain much so took some medicine and "went to bed"
