Note: Zimmers is pissed off. Could be running in shorts pretty much all week getting big mileage in since it’s the warmest December on record and instead stuck in pool and elliptical

Typical. If I was fine it would have been -40 everyday. But need to control what I can control so to the pool we go later today

Had to cook up something spicy this morning. The first 15 was strong and breathing was getting wild for the last 2mins but the habaneros started to kick in and finished strong ... second 15 was tougher and legs started to get heavy. Added some cayenne peppers to mix and got a little boost. The last 15 the pot was already boiling over and the fire alarm was going off by 5minutes. At this point it was time for something special ... had to reach down to the deepest parts of the jungle and dig up something extra spicy. Found a couple reaper peppers and found another gear and powered in to 15 finishing at 182bpm ... new elliptical record for heart

Crushing workout ... hit the 2:30s pretty hard was getting 155bpm by end and into the lower 170s to high 170s by the last few :30s.

I don’t know what’s going on with the stress fracture yet ... still waiting for the orthopaedic surgeon to get back to me about what’s next ... all I know is it DOES NOT hurt on elliptical. In other news .... upon completion of an MRI Monday at 3:45am, I found out today that I have 3 separate fractures in my wrist .... scaphoid, lunate, and capitate bones ... so that’s fun!! Good chance I’ll be having surgery and screws put in but I have to wait to see some other ortho for that. NIIICE

Really crushed this one. Inspirated by Matzball so I was looking for new and exciting ways to keep the elliptical interesting so I did the first 10 minutes of cool down with my eyes closed to work on some stability.
