Really strong effort today. The long tempo was really strong and I was really working by 20 in but kept a strong effort going right til 40min. Decided to get in the really hard efforts while been tired afterwards as well.

I think this was okay. Didn't notice any pain but also didn't seem normal either. Could just be the fact that I haven't run in 6 week. (At least I hope so) Will try it out again in two days.

Really really good Monday today. Did the same thing as last Monday but just added a 9 minuter to the beginning of the workout. Averaging 160bpm during the end of hard sessions and set a new record for distance travelled in the first hour. Starting to feel somewhat fit even though I haven’t run in almost five weeks.

Every setback is a setup for a comeback, God wants you to comeback stronger than you were before.
