Really really good Monday today. Did the same thing as last Monday but just added a 9 minuter to the beginning of the workout. Averaging 160bpm during the end of hard sessions and set a new record for distance travelled in the first hour. Starting to feel somewhat fit even though I haven’t run in almost five weeks.
Every setback is a setup for a comeback, God wants you to comeback stronger than you were before.
