This was awesome but I'm really thinking I am done with the elliptical. If I can manage one more week with elliptical workouts that's great. But I'm dying to just start focusing on running. Shin feel great and back was really good.

Wow this was tough. Quads feel like I’ve run a 30km workout after running two days in a row. Gonna have to ease back into it for sure. Anyways fairly below average today but time was out in.

Bought 4 new pairs of shoes since there were only
60$ and have decided I’m gonna rotate them every week to give them somewhat even wear.

Anyways run was flawless! And, was the first one of two days in a row ... will easy elliptical tomorrow and then maybe go for an hour on weds. But 45 forsho!

This turned out to be really good. I got scared about 4 minutes in because my shin started to hurt ... figured I’d see what happened in the next minute or so and if it didn’t get better I’d stop.

Nonetheless I thought happy thoughts and it got better and was totally fine for the rest of the run. Very pleased
