Really really impressed with myself to have got this done. At no point after the first mile was this at all enjoyable. Certainly was too aggressive in the first mile worrying about trying to run fast and that kinda killed me for the next few until refocusing on the last set. Tempo at the end was good though. Lots of work to be done ... fitness wise and especially recovery wise

Running 1:08:00 [3] 15.11 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Ascis GT-2000 V5 - Lemon Lime/

This was a sloooog. The footing could not have been worse and it made running very difficult. Didn't care as the goal was just get outside an off the treadmill for an hour. Surpassed my goal and got in 8 extra minutes.

Lots of stretching and mobility work to be hard tonight and some ice/heat combos

shoes: Adidas Boston Boost 6

Awesome today! Spent a lot of time rolling and doing ice/heat ice/heat last night. Wrapped calves in cling wrap and soaked them in Voltarin while I went to bed. I guess im getting old because it seems like I need to spend more time with recovery stuff then the actual training.

shoes: Acsis GT-2000 v6. - Forest Gre

Absolute GARBAGE day! Don't know what my problem is with Mondays but this time it wasn't mental. It was awesome to be outside yesterday but I guess the snow running completely destroyed my calves because they were wrecked today. Surprised how much they hurt because I rolled lots and ice bathed Sunday. Couldn't take the burning so I shut it down at 30. Should have ellipticaled after but didn't because we're not friends right now either.

Easy 80 this morning. Typically rough Sunday but just got the time in.

Note

Half hour roll and ball smash exercises followed by 15 min ice bath while watching super bowl. Legs feel great after but we’ll see tomorrow
