Wasn’t sure what to expect here and I am feeling Thursday for sure so I eased into the first few before things got smooth. Decided to go harder after 15KM and bail on the planned 24km because my back was getting really sore. Will hit up a shake out later today to get 20 miles in on the day though.

Good run today. Hamstring are sore after yesterday's workout.

Some good rolling, stretching, mobility, and ice was had today to hopefully be ready for tomorrow's gainz

6:20 too easy, 6:10 meh, 6:01 that felt like we were doing something, 5:54 yeah buddy, 5:49 #fitness!

Really good today. Threw in 6 hard 20 seconds strides at about a 90% effort throughout the middle portion of the run. Basically a stride starting at 5km through 10km.

Right calf sore at the end. Not worried ... will just roll and lacrosse ball smash it and ice.

Good run today ... the wind was not fun and really destroyed me in the last 40 minutes.

I'm thinking Monday's may need to be a low day like Friday's because I am finding that I am just not able to recover after Saturday and Sunday if I don't do a low day Monday as well.
