This was okay. Legs not rested after Thursday but that's okay. I felt like I was working too hard for the times being produced. Had to deal with some bad cramping at mile 6&7 and then again at miles 9 and 10. Pisses me off because breathing was in control the entire run and I am forced to slow down at least like 10-12 seconds a mile to work through the cramps and work them out. The diaphragm cramps I get continue to be debilitating and there is nothing you can do but slow down until they go away. Tried every technique to work through them. Could have run 69 low for sure without the cramps maybe have got into the high 68 range.

Only thin I can think of is maybe started out too fast. Went through first 5km in 15:56 but I was just running and there were a few good downhills. Still can't solve the cramping issue.

Really good quality today. Fastest off day run this year for sure ... would have been nice if the sun stayed out though.

Running (Recovery Week) 1:15:00 [3] 16.67 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Ascis GT-2000 V5 - Lemon Lime/

Plan was 165km this week but it’s time for a recovery week. Averaging 145km consistently for last 6 weeks so. Bad planning because I don’t have kids starting tomorrow so I would have had a lot of time but I need to listen to the body. So down this week then up to 165 and then that puts me 15 days out. So down/up/down/taper

Note I was bagged today

Running (Easy) 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)

Easy half hour. Did not feel any better this afternoon like I did last week. Probably a good idea for a recovery week
