Forgot to charge watch over night and it died at 18km. Ran Whitegates Loop 10x since it's exactly a 1.25km counting Rosslyn. Had to think a lot though adding the mileage and knowing when to stop.

Really awful run but everything body wise feels great except my legs. Like even in Wednesday workout I was not even breathing hard running 3:03km's but my legs were just smoked.

Seriously don't know what to do.
I been stretching/rolling more ... ice bath every day ... drinking more water ... really worries my for Boston.

Decent but I was working way too hard for the times being produced. Breathing was still fairly controlled on last KM but legs were gone. Speed just isn’t there like it was this time last year :(

Same deal as yesterday. Might go for a run later today if its nice out but if I don't like how my legs feel I'll give it another day.

Did want to elliptical again so I decided to run. Legs felt much better after icing and rolling for two days and taking Monday open from running. Legs were heavy and sluggish though but no pain.

6 x strides after to get legs spinning but they felt awkward and I did not feel flowy.

Easy 60 on the elliptical this morning. Not happy to be doing this but the legs need the break. Legs felt weird and didn't really want to move. Just didn't feel they had that flow to them.

Another spin sess on the elliptical. Spent some more time doing weights and rolling and stretching today since I did not run.

This was probably one of the worst runs I have ever had. My quads are absolutely destroyed and every step hurt. So much for 165km this week. Gonna spend Monday and Tuesday cross training to let my legs recover. Ive been pushing had since doing that half marathon as a workout and for whatever reason just have not recovered.
