Running 41:25 [3] 10.21 km (4:03 / km)
shoes: Acsis GT-2000 v6. - Forest Gre

Lunch run again. Managed to get out 1 minute earlier today. Once again I felt really good and wish I could have just kept going to 20km and only have to do my other 10km run later. I always feel better earlier in the day. Nonetheless, no niggles or aches or pains anywhere.

Running 41:08 [3] 10.12 km (4:04 / km)
shoes: Acsis GT-2000 v6. - Forest Gre

Kids back this week so it's going to hard to double so I'll have to run with whatever time I have at lunch in between period two and three. Don't have a lot of time only 45 minutes.

Anyways was surprised how unreal I felt and was rolling pretty good. Decided on going to 10km ... was over a little and late to class by 2mins but oh wells!
3 PM

Running 1:25:52 [3] 20.0 km (4:18 / km)
shoes: Acsis GT-2000 v6. - Forest Gre

Out the door from school, quick pre-act and get rolling. Kids only in daycare til 4:30. LITERALLY maximized every minute I have to get what I need done today running wise. Runs after school are always tougher. Certainly felt more sluggish and the last 8km this afternoon was a really grind coming back from Hangar into head wind.

Note: Some biker rolled up behind me a yelled "Hey Zimmy" and scared the hell outta me ...

First 30 was a grind until things started loosening up. Found a wickid soft gravel road and chilled on that from 11-25km

Solid Long Run though. Rolled Last 10km from 4:08 down to 3:36 a km

Running tempo 1:29:57 [4] 24.19 km (3:43 / km)
shoes: Adidas Adios Boost 3

25UP + 2 x (4x4min@Tempo /1min) /2min + 25CD

This was a really good run effort wise. Terrain was very hilly so I knew times weren't going to reflect effort but that didn't worry me as it allowed to me just get in the work I needed too. Solid work today.

Note

No double today. Feeling pretty tired.
