Run was pretty good. Didn't feel comfortable or smooth at any point and my left IT was acting up a lot in the last 10min but was happy to run as a group and had some fun
Race was pretty good. I wasn't feeling great to start but turn that thought off during warm up. Took the first 2-3km really easy... Wanted to emphasize the rolling in the middle and once that happened I just kept moving forward and didnt stop. Feeling confident and there is a lot more in the tank.
