Race wasn't great. Just feeling very sore and tired. It was very tough to have practice thursday morning and then wake up at 4:45 Friday and expect to have full energy and focus on saturday. It really affect my mind frame

Workout was really good. Wasn't feeling the greatest but fitness got me through. Surges weren't bad and steady was pretty consistent. I've been doing a really good job of running based off feel and it's been working out well for me
