Workout was pretty good. Feeling worn down and tired, but was able to cruise very well with Gavin, and feel smooth. Ran smart and held back rather than pushing with Derek because I felt it was better for my training and feeling good for OUAs

Run was pretty good. To be honest I wasn't feeling it this morning and was dreading the run but under halfway it started to get better and the run turned out well
