Biking didn't feel great on my knee but it helped to stretch and roll afterwards

Pretty good today. Arms and shoulders are really sore so the quality wasn't great. Knee is also kind of sore and starting to feel a clicking

Good today. Weights were good, and then swimming suffered a bit from being tired

Good swim today. Missed pool but went later. Starting to get better at swimming.

I am now calling this workout "the improvised" because it is just some stuff thrown together while I recover from my fracture. Basically doing what I can until I heal up.

Swim was good but deep water was not. Knee did not feel that great, and could feel clicking motion after about 8min.
