did a 30min shakeout followed by some exercises in the gym. Not really sure what I was doing half the time. Just blasted the bi's a whole lot and looked really mean... I think I looked cool. I mean. I was where my pink short shorts so... that's awesome.

Good run. Feeling pretty good today actually. Quality of the running was average and above and the hill running was good too.

went to the pool right after work. Did the classic 3x 5x 40sec water running

Felt ok. Very exhausted. My body still having trouble with sleep right now. The workout was fairly average.

Ok workout. Middle interval was the best , first one was ok but I started to fade by the end. I was pretty wiped by the last one. The quality of the tempo was way down compared to the other two.

feeling pretty wiped out.Trying to get my body back on night schedule so I felt kind of drunk today and didnt sleep well. run started off a bit slow but it got better by the end

Good run, one of the best all week. I felt more in control than I usually do. A little cooler today in southern Ontario than it has been the past week. My knee started to hurt a bit by the end of the run but it didnt effect the pace or effort at all.
