Great workout. The beginning was well below average but steadily improved as the workout progressed so the end was the best. DIESEL.

In other important news, had an awesome date with at Magnus Theatre.

Good workout. Best came last. Overall feeling of fatigue.

30 elliptical, 30 bike. roll, rope, ice.

Legs feel really heavy. Very fatigued. Good shakeout though.

Excellent workout. Best running was at the end. Really sore and heavy feeling at the beginning but flying by the end.
