I'm going from memory for the avg. It was about that. Ran flat Balboa with Jen. Walked when I got to 160 let it get down to 135 before starting again. No burpees today. Felt easy. Jen is encouraging, she says it took a year. I say I get 10 extra heartbeats cuz I can. ;-)
Ok. Did a treadmill at the gym. It is SO HARD to keep my heart rate down. I was running at 13m pace or walking. NEVER will I get under 126 for a workout. Which I guess is fine as I won't be doing 50 milers any time soon. HA
Also did The burpee workout. 7 burpees and 7 situps 7times. Had to drop to 5 burpees on round 5 and 6. Yes, I am sore.
