3 PM

Running 1:10:00 [3] 15.56 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 15wu
20min@ tempo, 2min, 15min of 2:30 steady 30sec surge
18cd with 3 hill strides, push/sit
Roll/rope/ice
Overall this was pretty good but my body is tired. Tempo was solid but tough and spent over half of it grinding, not cause we were running fast but just no energy. Steady surge was slow but steadies and surges were noticibly different which was good. Need to get some good R&R done over the next couple days to keep the ship on course

Running 1:25:00 [3] 18.9 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 15wu, active, 3min tempo
10k Queens open
25cd, roll
Today went really well and happy with the process. Legs were way more fatigued and sore at 5k then they should have been, especially my hamstrings, considering it felt only about tempo. Definitely took some mental effort to switch gears at 5k and start moving. Happy with my last 2k and more so my last k when I had to keep pushing cause of the back pressure, legs felt good then aha...maybe just took a while to get my body into it. Overall another step in the right direction

Solid run with Andrew this evening. We were rolling pretty good the whole time and legs definitely felt better than this morning

Running 15:00 [3] 3.33 km (4:30 / km)

Little shakeout this morning to get warmed up before some stretching and rolling. Glut med's were tight but felt better after a good 30min rolling and stretching session
5 PM

Running 1:20:00 [3] 17.78 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act
15wu, 20min @tempo, last half of active
2xhalf loop with 1min, 3min, 1xfull loop - 5:00,4:56, 9:43(5:00,4:43)
15cd, push/sit
Roll/rope/ice
This was good today. Tempo was probably the hardest part of the workout.....legs felt pretty sloppy to start and for the majority of the tempo. Still was solid just required a little more focus. Loops were also solid and more comfortable than tempo. Hips/back were good,
