Got out the door for the earliest run in a while which was nice. Was -25C when I started which is about 40 degrees Celsius (!) colder than at one point since I've been home.....but it was nice cause it was finally clear out and actually saw the sun rise. Felt great this morning and really looking forward to getting the mileage ramped up again cause it's been pretty chill since getting going again. hip mobility, drills Roll/Rope
Family day today. Suppose to long run but spent the day with family which was really nice. Got out the door for a bit of a run at the end of the day. I'll do long run Thursday instead. Felt good today though
23WU, 25min of 2:30 steady, 30sec surge, 22CD Roll/Rope Met up with luke today and did WU/CD with him which was nice to have company. Workout itself was pretty solid and spent probably close to 20mins uncomfortable which is a good thing I guess. Effort wasn't too high, legs were just sore and especially during the surges. Transitions were decent today but not quite as good as last week's steady/surge.
Good run today. Started out by myself and ended solo but had company for about 10miles of the run which was nice. Medial side of both my left and right lower legs, from my knee into my ankle were pretty sore, especially toward 80/90mins. All the pavement running and slippery surface over the past week I think....just needs a bit more recovery attention. 30xHoH drills, hip mobility Roll/Rope
Nice run this morning. Legs were a bit sore from yesterday and also my back which was quite sore. Just with how slippery it was out I think the extra stability needed has left me more sore than usual. hip mobility, drills strides (5x100m) Roll/Rope
