Quad was sore pretty much right away and just got worse overy the next few minutes. Was going to go longer to see if it warmed up a bit and improved but I was already warm when I started and it was quite sore

Decent morning run. Quad was pretty sore right from the start and never went away but didn't affect my stride. Really sore once I finished. Hard to walk on it for 5mins after

Good day in the pool. Quad was only a bit sore during running A's but otherwise fine with everything else.

Well the first 12-15mins of this was really solid despite feeling heavy and tired. Then my low back/hips/glutes on my right side locked up and that was it. During cooldown my quad got really sore so I just called it quits. Need to get it under control
