Good day in terms of running to the best of my ability or at least very close. Obviously wanted more but given the last 4 weeks and how much worse it could have been today I'm happy. Low back and hips felt ruined post race.

Good run this morning. Legs a bit sore and tired from yesterday but after strides felt much better. Did the strides and other stuff and 35mins into the run in a park. No quad soreness. Just right hip/glute tight and sore

Solid workout. Legs were heavy and sluggish in the intial portion of the workout but still ran well and surges were crisp. Minuters' were good and by the 2nd/3rd one I felt like my legs came around. Quad was all good. Right hip/glute was tight and sore

Felt like going for a run this morning so I kept it easy and short. Quad was good. the rest of me was sore starting but once I warmed up all was good

Thought today was solid. Tempo was controlled but not very smooth. found my legs a bit on the 3rd and 4th half loop....just finally started feeling stronger and smoother....weren't any easier but just felt like I was rigging less and not running through quicksand. QUAD was fine the whole time
