Thought today went really well. Both mentally and physically this is the best I've felt in a workout in weeks. Felt strong and could feel myself increase the effort bUT stay smooth and calm. Grinded well in the last half of the 2nd 4k. Thought the process was the best it's been in a while and gave me some confidence today, not that it was particular fast but just the way I got it done. Body felt good as well

Enjoyed this quite a bit despite the cold and slippery-ness. Despite the footing had a good run and it really didn't effect it much. Tired legs from this morning but not sore

Pretty rough run this afternoon. Derek and I were both feeling it so we think the run this morning was a bit too quick....also could be feeling our efforts yesterday. My hips and legs pretty much everywhere were super sore and heavy. Left quad was getting more sore towards 45mins so I just called it there

Awesome long run today. Really made sure I got a good effort in during this and resulted in a fast run. Quality was like it was back when I was doing long runs as more of a "workout". Body felt pretty good today and energy is 100% I'd say. Chest was tight to start fine by 45mins or so. Back/hips were good as well, last 5-10min's started to get sore and tight

Ran 10mins at practice + 30mins when I got home. Felt pretty good. Got better as the day grew older and had a good run in the end. Back was a bit tight but other than that felt decent

Started out pretty good and really didn't feel too bad but just continuously got tighter and more sore, specifically in the back and hips. Combo of the race yesterday and I think more so getting sick...could feel it coming on yesterday morning
