Running51:30 10.0 km (5:09 / km) shoes: Yellow mizunos
Working a bit on quickness in this week's only speed session going into sprint-heavy NAOC. I ran down to the Cardozo High School track and ran 3x10x(15"-15") on the track, with 3 minutes jogging between the sets and 15 seconds jogging between intervals. Really beautiful sunrise as I was starting the workout.
Excited for NAOC - winning the BK Cup with Team USA the last two times is nearly the most fun I've ever had in orienteering!
