Cross-Training (elliptical) 1:00:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (20:00 @4)

Intervals on the elliptical at Blåsenhus. Same set as Linné did for training today: 5x4 minutes. Felt sweaty.
I have an appointment with a chiropractor in Stockholm tomorrow. Hopefully it will help my back. I want to train for real again!!

Night-O in Stadsskogen. Tried to push just a little bit and mostly stick to trails. Hamstrings tightened up pretty quickly and back got sore.

Long spinning class at Blåsenhus with Alli, Lisa, and Sebastian. Good class, liked it better than the normal one-hour classes.

Wednesday night spinning with instructor Erica. An ok session, but I had very little energy tonight. I think I am constantly falling behind on sleep. Need to figure out how to get to bed by 10...

Tisdagasbana. Had a very hard time getting myself out the door after a day of flying from the States and then going to work, but glad that I went.

My garmin wouldn't turn on, so now idea how long we actually ran, but this seems reasonable. Did the 10km loop of tisdagasbana A (see Albin's map here: http://www.dxdeluxe.se/linnekartparmen/show_map.ph... ).

I mostly ran with Lina and had a very nice time. The lowlight was seeing a very wounded deer, with deep slashes in his side. Not sure what did it. A fence? Another deer? A stray wolf or lynx?
