Afternoon soccer match after returning from Blue Hills. Played pretty badly today, but still had fun.

Interval work-out at the Harvard track with Kenny and Misha. Followed Kenny's advice and ran slower than the suicide pace of 3 weeks ago. Felt much better the whole workout and got as much out of it, I think. This was actually fun!!

Day 2 of Intercollegiates - much better race than Day 1,with fewer mistakes and much less time lost. Wound up 4th overall for the Intercollegiates, 5th on Red. (3rd for the day on Red).

A long, slow terrain run followed by road run after the finish of Day 2 of Intercollegiates. Felt really tired and hungry by the end.
