Orienteering 41:21 [3] 4.2 km (9:51 / km)

Prospect Hill local meet - Green Course. Screwed up the first control because of poor map copying - lost about 4 minutes. Lost another 1.5 minutes on 6. Pretty clean otherwise, but not running to fast - planning to run more after the green course.

Orienteering 8:15 [5] 1.7 km (4:51 / km)

White course for $$$$. 3rd place, about 17 seconds behind William and Kenny.

Running 10:30 [3] 1.2 mi (8:45 / mi)

Running through the woods with William, Kenny, Misha after the green and white courses. This ended abruptly when I smacked my right knee hard against a rock for the second time in four days. Limped afterwards (see training).

Running (Limping on Trails) 21:46 [2] 2.7 mi (8:04 / mi)

Limping around on trails for a while after hurting my knee at Prospect Hill.

Lifting and such with Misha. Was planning to run beforehand, but the knee I smacked against a rock yesterday was bothering me. Hopefully, icing it will help, and i'll be ok by tomorrow.

Running to Pine Hill and back from Davis, plus some jogging at Pine Hill.

Running 13:55 [5] 2.0 mi (6:57 / mi)

Terrain loop intervals at Pine Hill. My knee felt a little weird after soccer on Monday, and the pain persisted today. Not good. Also, during the 4th interval, I wiped out and slammed my other knee on a rock or log or something. I think it's just a bruise though. Didn't finish the last interval so i could help William look for his glasses.

Abi and Matthias' O-Race at Boojum, Blue course. About 7 min in errors, mostly due to lack of concentration.

Skiing (Rollerskiing) 40:00 [3]

Easy-medium rollerski workout by the river with the ski team in a sports-filled day. Felt pretty good after not rollerskiing since June.

Soccer 1:15:00 [2]

Pick-up soccer across the river. Tired after orienteering and rollerskiing, i mostly stayed back during the game.
