DVOA local meet at Hickory Run. Thick, rocky, hot, no features. Awful race for me, featuring two 7-minute errors and overall slowness and tiredness. I need a couple of days off right now.

An outing to Harriman with Dmitry, Greg, Alexei, and co. Setting controls for Dmitry's kids. Hot and very humid.

Running around on Silvermine, going to some circles on the map. Got very dehydrated and stopped, deciding to take a trail back.

Jogging back to the parking lot on a trail.

Energized by a rare full night of sleep, i finally felt strong during a run and ran over to Prospect Park and a loop around it.

Running to the track to meet Dmitry for intervals. It started thundering as i approached the track and raining shortly after that.

Intervals: 4x1200m with 400m jogging rest. Felt better than last week, but am still very, very slow. Would like to do a 5km test run sometime soon.

At Blue Mountain with Ross and Suzanne. Felt very sluggish and could not concentrate well. Will start sleeping more than 3 hours a night soon.
