A longer spinning session at F&S Ekeby. Got told off by the instructor for taking off my shirt during stretching at the end of the session. Now I know how Brandi Chastain feels.

Mass start race with loops and lots of forking. Ran ok but am shown as mispunched in the results. Hoping that's their mistake, not mine.

"Recovery" run with Mats, Lisa, and Johan. It was cold and dark and very pretty with the sparkly snow and frost on all the trees. We were running a bit quickly for recovery pace for me, but it was still comfortable.
