Some hiking during the day and the a "night" (5pm) hike up to Mellomkollen to get a view of Oslo covered in fog. Very cool.

Hiking to the Tomtehytte from the train station with Alli, Cristina, and Melissa. Dark, pouring rain, carrying an apple pie. Everything seemed surreal and really fun all at once. So nice to get to the cabin and immediately work on making it cozy and warm and full of food!

Tisdagsbana K. Stomach hurt from the start, and at one point I had to stop for a while. Then ran by myself, but took a shortcut to catch up to the group that was doing the 10km course, including Sam, and ran with them the rest of the way. A warm and muddy night.

Rockgympa. So far, this new program is kicking my butt. Definitely hope it will make me strong like bull by the end of winter. Lots of people tonight - over 50 - including at least one guy over 60 and one under two (Måns).

Innebandy 45:00 [3]

Lots of innebandy, both before and after rockgympa. I now have my very own innebandy club, thanks to Ross and Sam!!!
