Running 44:25 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (19:25 @5) 9.0 km (4:56 / km)
shoes: Yellow mizunos

I ran Sommarloppet - a 5km trail run in Stadsskogen. Alli ran too, and we jogged over from home together after barely waking up in time. I was hoping to see some improvement over the 18:51 I ran at Blodomloppet, but felt really weak the entire race and limped to the finish line in an unimpressive 19:25. I feel like I am training relatively well, but going backwards. Frustrating.

Orienteering 20:00 [5] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: Yellow mizunos

Sprint orienteering intervals in Sävja. We did mass-start, forked intervals of about 1km each. We did three of these. Really fun sprinting, and I felt pretty good running in the rain.

Running 1:05:44 [2] 11.95 km (5:30 / km)

Back in Uppsala. Slept for five hours, then got out for a HittaUt run just as the rain was starting. Ran towards Kvarnbo and Stenhagen, mostly on dirt roads and small trails. Then back through Flogsta and Ekeby. Nice to run in the rain.

Running 48:38 intensity: (36:38 @2) + (12:00 @4) 7.78 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Yellow mizunos

Another run on the Gibson Reservoir trail, this time with Alli. I did some intervals where I would run hard and then jog back to Alli and rejoin her for a while before the next interval. Did an 8 minute interval, and then five or so hill intervals, each around a minute.
