Hanging streamers for the Presidents' Weekend junior camp at Prince William Forest, part of the time with Alli. Got some great help from the Campbells and from Valerie to make this more manageable. I was actually out for about 2:15. Most of the locations were ok, but had to move some of the points on both Thierry's and Johan's courses. Really glad I went out and did this well ahead of the camp. Should be some good training in two weeks!

Skiing! It had been forever since I had skied. I missed it! Alli and I drove to White Grass in West Virginia and went for a classic ski. It was a beautiful, cold, sunny day. The tracks were not the best, but the scenery was stunning. We decided that one session was enough for the day, but I look forward to more skiing this winter.

Did not feel good all day yesterday and took the day off. Feeling better today, so trained, but took it very easy on the elliptical in the morning.

Morning intervals with Cardozo Crawlers. It was very cold this morning - windchill of 11, apparently. We did 12x400, running at 5km pace, except for every fourth 400, which was done at mile pace.

There were four of us this morning. I ran just behind Charlie most of the way.

Running to work along a snowy Rock Creek and then an icy National Mall. Ran with the headcam that Alli got me for my birthday. Yay!
