Running horse loops in Forest Park in Queens with DarthBalter! Darth graciously hosted me at his place after my high school reunion (20 years, holy crap!!), and we went for a nice run on a beautiful sunny morning. Great run, great company!

Training with Kenny at Great Falls VA. This was my first time orienteering here, and it was great! Beautiful woods, and the old map held up well. Kenny designed a nice control pick, and we took turns leading. Really pleasant outing.

I was felled by a cold over the weekend, but felt better this morning and got out for a run on this gorgeous fall day. I felt very weak, and so the run was more of a trudge, but it was great to get out to Rock Creek.
