Lunchtime run with Charlie. Down around Lincoln Memorial into the wind and then much easier with the wind on the way back up. Felt pretty good.

A mudfest of a run in Rock Creek. Extremely warm day for February - it was in the mid-60s F when I started, and I struggled in the heat. Still pleased to get through the run - my longest in a long while.

Can't see my GPS track for some reason. Anyone know why?
