Cruise around the neighborhood woods. The highlight was taking a barbed wire fence across the chest and arms halfway through. Some solid stigmata to show for it.
Fitness blender workout: upper body plus cardio outside with Alli while Inara napped in the car following a great hike in Fairy Stones state park. She did great, running over a mile on the way out to the waterfall, and then chartering and telling the stories while riding on my shoulders the whole way back. Very few people in the park, so I expect we'll be back.
HIIT session plus abs afterwards. We have extended our AirBnB for another month.

Terrain run in the woods out back. Felt much weaker than last time, which made me sad until I realized that it was 80F, and I am not used to warm weather at all. Still good to get out into the woods!
Squat and deadlift routine in the morning, while Inara "read" Monsters Inc, Monsters U, Finding Nemo, and Wall-E. Wall-E may have been over her head...

Added ten minutes of HIIT training with Alli outside as Inara was finishing her nap in the car. Really glad we are socially distancing out here.
Family exercise time. HIIT+lower body strength+abs. Then - time to feed the ducks, goats, and donkey, followed by a call with NEH. Telework life is weird.
