Easy run with Jeremy at Pattee Canyon. Persik came along too, after chasing us down from about half a mile back. Definitely some skijoring potential there! I felt pretty run down afterwards - I think I caught a mild version of whatever bug Inara has had the last several days (negative Covid test came back on Saturday).
I did this week's "weekly race", which was a 10 minute effort, and then added a tour of some river in Vermont afterwards, including 10x1 minute harder efforts. I like Hydrow.
This is five days in a row with different types of exercise (six if you count classic and skate as different). I will likely go ice skating on Saturday, so what can I add tomorrow and Friday to keep the streak going? Serious suggestions only. (Not!!!)
