Did an easy/slow trail run. It was a fun course.

Went to Mtn Athlete, 3 rounds of 200 meter run, 10 lunges, and 5 pushups. Then we did a 4 miles run, I did it in 28 minutes on road. Followed by r4 rounds of rope climb and 30 sittups. stretching.
