Note

Did a motorcycle course today ... day one.... lol this should count as a physical activity in the 3 intensity level lol 8 hours worth... I even had to push a bike with someone on it lol

ok taking a break until Sunday, that was a wicked punishment after last night's run. I will be riding several motorcycles this weekend and hopefully obtaining my M2 license :) will do a light run Sunday evening...

OMG I DID IT, so I am signing up for my first half marathon which will take place in one month...after tonight I know I can do it.... I am about a kilometer off my "self training" but I'm going for it....

did some weights, thanks to Mark :))) got my 25lbs 15lbs and 25lbs plates, going to go the distance....I know I can.....I can do this :)

Had a great spin class with Sam lol although someone forgot to wear their deo, smelled like a combination of dirty socks and BO... I loved the tracks, I Shazamed the last one....

Wish I had a coach for my half marathon...I am brave and strong and with the help of google and the "little" coaching I received I might be able to do this, if on Thursday I can't do my longer run.. I'm throwing in the towel for this year, but thanks for some of the real coaching I got and the bug planted to even think I could do this ...
