Tank was emptied and happy with a result.

-recovery run, skills team and hill hit the water.. Hill stayed in the baby pool..
-done a bit of core work before relaxing in the water. Body still aching

-400 meter again..and a slow 200 to finish..
-opened the lungs..
-roll on Saturday!!

shoes: spider magnums

-first 2 k was in a kink.
-body was as stiff as a pole, great warm up though
-good prep for triathlon sat...

battle PT tempo (No energy) 45:00 [4] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

-dragged myself for 6 k ,torchure for bear. Bad day!!
