Hyde Park. Feeling pretty much ok now, although went straight into carb-loading from being a bit ill, and so the stomach went from feeling a bit horrible and heavy from slight illness to being full and bloated from overeating! Felt a bit better later in the day so hopefully it will all be alright on Sunday, although this hasn't been the ideal preparation in the few days leading up to the race. Felt pretty good on this lunchtime run though.
