Road running 1:20:45 intensity: (34:35 @2) + (46:10 @4) 18.0 km (4:29 / km) +79m 4:23 / km

Work to Hyde Park. 7km easy, then 11km at marathon-pace tempo (4:12 min/km). Felt really good throughout, faster pace was nice and comfortable.

Wimbledon to work. Got the train half-way into work, then ran in from Wimbledon, a slightly extended route via Wimbledon Common (rather muddy) and Battersea Park. Good efficient use of time - will run the whole way in again sometime soon (about 22.5km quickest route).

Regent's Park. First run for 5 days as I picked up a bad groin strain (right side) after Saturday's run for some reason - don't know where that came from, I had a problem there about 7 years ago but nothing since. Did the sensible thing and rested, with plenty of ice, until I couldn't feel it much walking anymore. Luckily it all seemed ok on the run today, though took it nice and gently - fingers crossed this was just a minor blip.
