Battersea Park. A carbon copy of my last tempo run from 2 weeks ago, matching the time to the second! Felt pretty hard from quite early on, I never find it comfortable running at this pace, but pleased to keep going throughout fairly consistently and finished really strongly. Km splits - 3:53, 3:40, 3:52, 3:51, 3:53, 3:53, 3:57, 3:45.
