Work to Hyde Park. Another swirling windy day made this a pretty tough midweek long run (especially when running west), but managed the usual progression paces pretty well (roughly from MP+20% to MP+10%, in 4km chunks).

Richmond Park. Fairly hilly, muddy, mainly "cross-country" route (rather than the laps around the edge which I usually do at the moment) which made for a pretty challenging long birthday run. Good effort.
