Twice up and down Peter Hill near Finzean. The idea was to gradually increase the effort on the uphill then push all the way down and repeat. Ran the first climb a bit hard and payed for it on the second one. Hard starting the second climb coming off a fast downhill, took a few minutes to get things going again. Last descent was good and managed to get in a few sub 3km's. Climbs: 23:01, 24:54 Descents: 10:55, 10:18

Easy run along the backroad to Balfour and back with about a dozen short little bursts. Felt really good but legs a bit slow when trying to run fast.

Easier run up Carnferg. Feeling good when climbing. Still lacking some leg speed on the downhill's but still running comfortable and fast.

Fartlek around Coull with 7 longer efforts ranging from 2.5' - 4'. Legs feeling good but more tired on hills.

Long and easy with James. From school did a lap round the lower trails at Glen Tanar. Felt good most of the way and comfortable. Surprisingly well recovered after yesterday.
