I know I got carried away on Monday but think I've just about recovered from that episode. Decided to stick with cycling for the coming weeks cuz it's a 15' run or a 50' cycle I know what I'd rather do.

But tired in the morning but forced myself onto Halls Fell Ridge and felt much better one I got going. Better than yesterday but still feeling the over reach of Monday.

Feeling tired. Probably lots of early mornings backing up rather than yesterday's run but not forcing anything.

About 3.5k in 20min. Got a bit carried away at the start and maybe the effort was a tad high. Hopefully won't pay too high a price for this.
